We are very excited to be showcasing our new Hum Honey Australian Manuka Bioactive Honey at Regional Flavours this weekend. It is 100% raw, single origin, cold extracted honey from Australian Manuka grown on the Sunshine Coast. Manuka honey is known for its medicinal and antibacterial properties, coming from a variety of Leptospermum, or Tea Tree, which is also an Australian native.

While we will be sharing a lot more about the merits of this wonderful honey, we just wanted to share a sneak preview, and invite you to come and visit our stall at Regional Flavours where we will have our full range of honey, including our Award Winning Cold Fusion range, for you to sample and purchase. So excited to see our Hum Honey featured on Masterchef last night labeled, by George as one of 5 iconic ingredients of the Sunshine Coast! Great to see Masterchef showcasing producers of the region, with an entire program dedicated to ginger, and we were included amongst a line up of honey, pineapple, macadamia, fingerlimes and lemon myrtle.
